R - Reduce Debt and Expenses
- Pay down debt / pay full amount or more than the minimum and pay on time / review the bill for accuracy
- Debt Reduction Plan: To reduce overall debt, pay more toward the highest interest debt, then lowest interest debt
- Pay smaller balance first, then larger balance
- Contact creditors about resetting repayment schedule (if this is needed) as this will protect your credit
- Consider debt consolidation, if the interest rate is lower
- Refinance debt, if the interest rate is lower
- Active income: money exchanged for the work we complete
- Passive income: investments / what can I do to monetize me (your talents, skills, etc.)
- Visualize what financial freedom looks like to you
- Goals should be S.M.A.R.T.: Smart, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely
- Discuss the goal with your family so there is buy-in from each member
- Budget Plan: Tool for day-to-day money – give each dollar an assignment
- Financial Plan: Long term strategy of where I am now and where I need/want to be in the future

- You can never do or be what your haven’t tried
- If you experience a failure after taking a risk, don’t focus on the failure, but learn from the risk

- Tap into philanthropy research and giving
- Prepare your elevator pitch so when you are in the presence of someone who may have the resources to sow into you, you are ready!

- The Widow of Zarephath was a Distributor of Wealth
- Tabita (Dorcas) was the only woman specifically honored as a disciple in the Bible

To THRIVE in your career:
- Pray: What is my portion?
- Listen: Let God speak!
- Write down the vision plan and the strategies from God
- Set goals with deadlines
- Get training
- Invest in yourself to get to the next level and to learn about yourself / get/pay for a mentor, take a master class, (take CEU courses)
- Change your mindset
- Get some destiny helpers!
- Be consistent
- Invest in your business/career, put money into making money
- Pivot/shift when God is speaking
