Minister Tiwana Adams
Minister Tiwana Adams accepted her ministerial call in May of 2005 while serving as Sunday School Superintendent and a member of the Intercessory Prayer Ministry at Markham Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She was licensed to preach the gospel in July 2006 under the leadership of Dr. R.S. McMillan and ordained in the New Hope Association September 2010. She currently serves under Pastor Shannon Long at Beyond Measure Ministries in Haw River.
She was born in the city of Virginia Beach Virginia, and was educated in the Virginia Beach School system. Minister Adams completed and received her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She has taken courses on practical ministry at T.E.A.M Ministries International School of Ministry in Durham, North Carolina to effectively use the fivefold gifts God has given.
Most importantly, she is the wife and best friend of Minister Frank Adams Jr, and the mother of two bright sons, Frank III and Jalen. She is the founder of 3D Women, co-founder of Impacting The Kingdom, an author, a Real Estate Broker, but most importantly a woman of faith committed to fulfilling her assignment for life. She feels that there is good in everyone, they just need an opportunity for it to come out.
Minister Adams has served in many capacities in the local church. Her primary ministry gifts lie in intercessory prayer and teaching the word of God. God has endowed her with a prayer mantle that requires not only prayer for the local body of Christ, but he has called her to intercede on behalf of nations. Wearing many hats as wife, mother, friend, minister, author and founder of a non-profit, her most cherished role is child of God.
As a woman of faith, she is committed to fulfilling her assignment for life. She feels that there is good in everyone and they just need an opportunity for it to come out. She works diligently to impact the kingdom by teaching, unlocking, stirring up the gifts and sharpening others so that they can confidently operate in the grace upon their lives.
Tiwana has a great passion for the word of God and desires to be an encourager to all that she meets daily. Her personal desire is to share a life changing word that will compel the sinner to receive salvation and to shed light in the lives of God’s people to change their course forever more for the Glory of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Resting on Psalm 119:130, “The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple,” as her motto for life for men to be drawn to Christ.
