Personal Teaching: Personal Identity: “Identity in Crisis: Who Am I Really?” Teacher: Sister Dara Rose (the speaker will be virtual) You are smart! You are beautiful! You are ugly! You are a whore! You are stupid! You are creative! We hear so many words about us as women, as women of a specific culture and as women of a certain status. Some are encouraging and build us up. Some are damaging to our sprit and soul and last for too long! We also see images of the ideal beauty or who a woman should be. We involve ourselves in relationships (whether romantic or friendships) and those individuals are not always best for our mental and emotional health. We see and hear so much that we may forget what God says about us. Well, join this session as we discuss the negative and be encouraged in who God says we are! After this session, you will boldly declare: "that regardless of who the world, people, family, and even the spiritual say I am... I am unique! I am innovative! I am God's wonderful, beautiful creation and I firmly stand on who God declares I am!
